Cancel (or pause) Hulu
- Log in on the web. Go to hulu.com and sign in, then click your profile icon → Account.
- Find the cancel option. Under "Your Subscription", click "Cancel". Hulu will first offer to pause your subscription — choose pause if you want billing to stop temporarily instead.
- Confirm the cancellation. Continue past the offers and confirm. You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Bundle subscribers. If you're on the Disney+ bundle, the cancel option may live on the service where you originally subscribed — check your receipt emails to see who bills you.
Pause vs cancel
Pausing stops billing for 1–12 weeks and resumes automatically; your profile, watchlist, and add-ons all stay in place. Cancelling stops billing indefinitely, and your viewing data is retained for a while but not forever.
