Cancel a subscription on iPhone or iPad
- Open your subscription list. Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions. Every active and recently expired Apple-billed subscription appears here with its price and renewal date.
- Pick the subscription. Tap the one you want to end. If you don't recognize a name, tap it anyway — the linked app is shown.
- Cancel. Tap "Cancel Subscription" (or "Cancel Free Trial") and confirm. It stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops.
- On Mac or the web. Mac: App Store → your name → Account Settings → Manage next to Subscriptions. Web: sign in at account.apple.com → Subscriptions. Same list, same cancel button.
Decoding APPLE.COM/BILL charges
If a charge doesn't match anything in your Subscriptions list, check reportaproblem.apple.com — it shows every individual Apple charge with the app or service name, and lets you request refunds for accidental or unwanted purchases.
Also check other family members: with Family Sharing and a shared payment method, a child's or partner's subscription lands on your card but lives in their subscription list.
